APPLICATION FOR ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW

1. Applicant must submit this form and a set of plans and specifications which include details regarding the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the proposed alteration/construction.
2. Approved plans will not be returned.
3. This request will be considered for approval and a decision rendered within 30 days of being submitted. Work may not begin until the request is approved.
4. Approved requests will be valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
